I wear this on long airline flights and it is SOOOO comfortable! Its like being werapped in your favorite blanket and it is stylish too! The other nice thing is there are many ways to wear it. downside, the black fades to a greyish black.

Looking for stylish, packable, versatile clothes, I learned about this dress on a travel blog and bought it in black for a 20 day cruise/Europe trip in the spring. This dress/skirt combo is the best purchase I've made in a long time -- it's perfect!
I'm 5' 5" and the length, even when worn as a dress, was still appropriate for a woman my age, as it's below knee length, just as in the photo. As a 36D, 135 lb. I was worried about the top but size M was the right fit. The fabric is a good weight, not too thin nor too thick, perfect for spring, summer, or early fall.
Because of my age, I wouldn't normally wear a tube dress, but this one is so versatile and can even be styled modestly: On the cruise, I wore it as a cocktail dress-length formal with a glittery wrap -- the perfect, packable LBD. You can also make a colorblock dress by wearing the tube dress over a bright knit top. Note: this is shown elsewhere on the Hanes website or I wouldn't have realized you could wear it like this. You can wear the dress with a light cardi, shrug or jacket over it. None of my friends realized it was the same dress, repurposed.
As a skirt, the top can be folded down different ways; for example, an empire-waist look or fold down to look like a cumberbund. Depending on your top, the skirt can look dressy or casual.
Packable and easily washable in the sink. I hope Hanes makes this same style skirt/dress for a long time. I love it and highly recommend it.

This is a nice heavy weight skirt which moves nicely as you walk. I'll be ordering more.

At my age, I wouldn't wear this as a dress, but I love it as a long (about 34-35"# skirt. I wear it for work in the spring and fall when the temperatures drop. The cotton is thick, soft, and stretchy. The same fabric is used for the short skirt, but it is too short for me to wear to work. I wish Hanes made an in-between length, to fall just below the knee. #For me, that would be about 28".) Also, since I wear this as a skirt, I prefer darker, more conservative colors. Wish Hanes would offer eggplant, hunter, and/or burgundy for fall. I like the use of "fashion" colors as opposed to the primary colors used for sweats.
