Arrived with holes in fabric
Good fit, reasonable comfort. Poor quality control. Again.
I like to rely on my underwear for a while -- ideally 18 to 24 months or more -- before wearing them with holes in the fabric.
Ordered two 5-packs and each pack had one pair that was . . . err . . . pre-old-and-comfortable-ized?
Good design. Poor execution. Poor value -- 20% arrived trash-can-ready. Disappointing.

Consistant fit
I have always been impressed with the consistant fit. Good quality, color, etc., but also always fit. Earlier, for example, I bought a 4 pack of Fruit of the Loom. 2 fit well, one was a bit snug and one very snug. So I returned to Hanes and was completely happy with the buy. Keep it up. Good price, good product, something I can depend on.

Quite Comfortable
The brief that I bought was the Classic White Brief 6 Pack. I received the briefs the first week of July. We were going to the casino that night so I showered and put on a pair. They fit well. I had an experience with the buffet that resulted in my using the utilities most of that night. During this period I noticed a small hole in my new briefs. I followed the instructions on the invoice for returning product that you are not satisfied with. Hanes sent me my postage and replaced my faulty pair in a very timely manner. I had no issues with the remaining product.and I am ordering more product today.
