Too big
I was excited to receive these polos in the mail, only to try them on and discover they were way too big. I returned them because they didn't fit properly. Other than the fit, they appeared to be typical Hanes quality.

Great customer service
I received my order and found the 1x was too small and that I'd need to exchange them. I called the 800 number and was VERY happy with the young lady who spoke with me on the phone. I didn't have to wait and go through a bunch of prompts, no press 1 for English, right away a person picked up! She gave me options on how to go about the exchange and was able to correct the size on the one shirt I had on back order.
That being said, these seem to run a bit small so double check your size. I also wish they had a bit more stretch to them but I do like the quality of the fabric.

SNUG sizing...
I ignored the reviews and bought this anyway. Bought a 2x as I usually wear comfortably loose. These 2X shirts were a lot more snug and form fitting than I care to appreciate. Should've went a size bigger than my normal. Other than that, the shirt is of nice quality for the price. One thing I noticed that would keep me from buying another though is the bottom hem and sleeve hems fold up after washing and drying. I am NOT an ironing type of person so I won't be buying them again. If you don't mind a snug fit and ironing, great shirt.

It fits right, it was the color I was looking for, and it is a great value.
