Fits better than women's tee Usually wear a M-L women's T shirt but tested boys XL. Shoulder seams drop below normal seams for a less snug fit. Washed in cold water and took out of dryer after 4-5 minutes. No shrinkage and no wrinkling. This type collar does not stretch out. Well made. My new favorite T. They shrank in the wash. I washed and dried it as per the instructions. I was disappointed that it shrunk as much as it did, April 27, 2012
