Love as a skirt! Not as much as a dress
I love wearing this as a skirt. The material is quite thick and the skirt is beautiful with flowing pleats--it's very feminine. Worn at the waist, it comes all the way down to my mid-calf, so there's no modesty issues to worry about, and it can be worn year round (I live in a Northern climate).
As a dress, I'm not as big a fan. Maybe it's just my awkward size, but it's always slipping on me, and I hate having to pull up a dress all the time. I didn't like the look of a top underneath either, so if you wear this as a dress, go strapless (as shown in the 3rd picture, in pink).
I also tried wearing it as a dress but putting a top over it, rather than under as shown in the first picture. This works ok as long as the top is tight enough to constrict at your waist.
The skirt is quite heavy, so keep that in mind when choosing the size. You'll want this on the tight side rather than loose, otherwise it will fall on you. You'll especially want it tighter if you're planning to wear it as a dress.
This is a very versatile piece, for sure! You can experiment with a ton of different looks and see what works for you.

Very versatile
I bought one last summer and it made a perfect swimsuit cover and sundress. I have also used it this winter as a skirt with boots and it looks great. I need more of these!

Gorgeous!
I LOVE this skirt/dress. It's so versatile and soft, but the material is thick enough to wear even in winter! My new favorite skirt. :)

A perfect wardrobe staple.
Wunderbar! I love this skirt and look forward to adding more of them to my wardrobe this year. I recommend wearing it with a tank top and shrug or sweater for a comfortable,easy, feminine look.
