excellent multiple use skirt
This skirt was well made. I love the roomy pockets. IThe XL is a little bigger than expected, I'm 5'4'',and a size 18,but since I am sitting most of the time, It is perfect. I can use it both casually and dressed up, depending on what I pair with it. It will be well used addition in my closet.

Form fitting
I almost always get an XS from Hanes when it's available. With this skirt, XS was a bit too tight in the hips/thighs. I exchanged for an S and like it very much--and bought another one too!
Even in the proper size, this is tight-fitting skirt. It sits flat across the butt, you won't need to smooth it down when you go to sit, and you'll never have to worry about it blowing up in the back. It's snug through the hips.
This skirt stretches well, so movement is not an issue, however. I'm very comfortable wearing it when even I'm semi-active--no worries that I'm going to upskirt anyone or even trip due to lack of movement. Had no issues playing some light beach volleyball in it! (But I wouldn't want to run a race in it!)
The skirt is light and cool in the heat. Highly recommended for wearing around during the summer! It also dries very quickly, as I learned after some fun in a park fountain.
Have a grey one and a white one. Very brightly colored panties, say a bright blue or hot pink, will show a little through the grey, but 95% of my panties are invisible underneath--you really need to make an effort to choose poorly.
The white one is standard for white. I wear white panties underneath without hesitation, but nude panties are pretty much invisible.
