How am I supposed to "size up" from a 14?
I have worn JMS panties exclusively for years, but the last package I ordered were at least 2 sizes smaller - I didn't try them on before washing them, and had to give them away to a friend who normally wears size 12 panties. They fit her perfectly. So, how am I supposed to follow the sizing recommendation for these "new and improved" panties and order a size up, when I already wear the top size? Honestly, I am so tired of perfectly good products being "redesigned" so they don't work at all!!

What happened?
Like many others, I've been buying these panties for years. Now they are at least 2 sizes smaller and the quality has terrible. JMS should be ashamed of this product.

"New & Improved" Sizing is a Joke
Like others, I have been buying JMS briefs for over 20 years, and have found the "latest edition" to be a waste of money. I wear the size 14, and have always found the package sizing info useless because it is geared to dress size instead of hip size. But they always were of good quality until my last two orders. First, they quit making the "full" cotton brief (as opposed to the low cut jeans version). Now they have "improved" the sizing by making it smaller. Now I have to fight to get into the brief, and even then it rides down and becomes a nuisance. Further, in a 5-pack I had to throw away 3 because they fell apart in one washing. The waistband is now 2 inches NARROWER than the previous version in the same size. I am now shopping for a source for new panties. JMS just lost a long-term customer in me! Until you go back to the quality and sizing you used to have, I am outa here.

disappointed
I have been buying JMS briefs for 20 years and they have recently went way down hill. I have bought two five packs recently that do not fit. I have been buying the same size for ever. I compared them to an old pair and they were two inches smaller around the waist... What a waste of money... I have already washed them so do not feel that I can return them... I am very disappointed.. Mary
