Snug fit - 3x = 1x
I gave both of these to a smaller friend before washing them. The 3x fits like older polos I have that are 1X. Way too fitted. Otherwise I liked them. However, if the fit is two sized too small before washing, what's the point?

Good fit.
I like the shirt. I did not find that it shrunk with washing and drying. I used the delicate cycle for both. I am 5'8" and loved the length, as I can tuck it in my pants or wear on the outside.

Okay for an everyday work shirt
I wanted shirts that looked a bit professional and would wash/wear easily but could be trashed if they were torn/stained at work. I usually wear an XL shirt to have room for layering during cold days. I am 5'6" and these shirts are quite short...they constantly ride up (don't even think about tucking them in). There is barely enough room to wear a snug long sleeved shirt underneath. Also, the button holes are too big (or the buttons are too small); the buttons are constantly popping open when ever you move...I would NOT recommend for larger busted women. Good shirt option if you are petite. They do wash very well and are color fast even if a bit scratchy.

I like the weight of the fabric and how it fits but doesn't get hung up on fat blobs from your bra. The sleeves are not too short or too long like some polos can have. I'm a petite and the length is just right.
