For sweatpants they will do - however, after one washing the fabric pilled (I did not put them in the dryer) and the elastic in the waistband rolls - there is non-roll elastic that should have been used. The fit is good and the length is also good.

Look nice but quickly fell apart
I really liked these when they arrived - great color, fit, and price - but after wearing them only a couple of times, the material in the inner thigh area started to completely fall apart, with little chunks of it falling off constantly and getting all over the place! Now I have to throw these out (All three pairs!). I know what you're thinking - no, I'm not fat and I don't have this problem with any other pants/sweatpants that I have or have ever had. I'm actually very surprised about it myself.

Sorry I bought these...
I bought 4 pair of these...2 gray & 2 black. I'm 5'3"...the gray pants were way too long...the black pants were the perfect length...until I washed them! The black pants are now way too short & I suppose the gray ones will be too short also. Spending money on clothes that you can only wear once or twice is not a good thing. It's a shame they shrunk in length because the fit was perfect & they're very comfortable.

fit is good
The fit is good but don't put in dryer because they shrink up in length. The elastic in waist band rolls too, but overall I like them.
