How do I place an international order?

It's really easy! When you shop the HanesBrands sites - Hanes.com, Champion.com, OneHanesPlace.com, JustMySize.com -- simply click on the flag at the very top of the page. From there, select the country you'll be shipping to, your preference of currency for the product prices, and click 'GO'.

To add items to your shopping bag, click the item(s) you'd like to purchase, select a color, size, quantity, and then 'ADD TO BAG.' You will then be prompted to either 'Continue Shopping' or to 'View Shopping Bag' and proceed to check out.

To check out, either click 'View Shopping Bag' after you have placed the last item you'd like to purchase in your cart or click on the Shopping Bag link in the upper right corner of the site followed by 'View Shopping Bag.' Once on your Shopping Bag page, follow the prompts to place your order, starting with clicking on 'Secure Checkout'. During the checkout process, you will see your merchandise total as well as the cost for shipping and sales tax. Your order total amount is guaranteed at the exchange rate at the time your order is placed.

What payment options does Borderfree support?

Borderfree supports VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, JCB, and UnionPay, varying by country, with additional payment options coming in the future.

Can I track my international order?

YES, definitely! To track you order, visit Borderfree's international order tracking page and enter your order number and billing email address. It's that easy.

How will I know how much my order will cost?

After you add items to your shopping bag and click on 'SECURE CHECKOUT', Borderfree will calculate the order total in your preferred currency. This will include all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes required by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Your order total amount is guaranteed at the exchange rate at the time your order is placed. No surprises!

Are there any additional costs that will be due when I receive my order?

Absolutely not! When you use Borderfree global checkout, you'll be provided an order total in your preferred currency. This will be the exact amount you'll be billed by Borderfree. There won't be any additional fees when your order is delivered.

What is your return and exchange policy for international orders?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at BFHanes.help@hanes.com and we'll provide you with information on where to ship your return. Refunds for returned items will be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order, and including duties and taxes. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refunded.

What about Exchanges? Please return your original order as outlined above, then place a new order for the additional items you would like to purchase.

How long does it take for refunds to post to my account?

Once we have received your return, your credit will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days for the credit to be reflected on your account. If you provide an email address, Borderfree will email you when your return has been received and processed.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to edit your order once it has been placed.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

Shipping an order to multiple addresses is not available at this time. For delivery to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

What currencies does Borderfree support?

Currently, Borderfree supports billing in more than 60 currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. You may select your currency preference by clicking on the flag at the top of the website and choosing from the currency dropdown.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree when your international order is shipped to you.

What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree and your credit card statement will say "BF*Hanes" where "BF" denoted the Borderfree network.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Shipping to international military addresses is not available at this time. If you'd like to ship an order to a U.S. APO (Army postal office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military address, please use our domestic checkout. Please note that when shipping to a U.S. military address, your billing address must be in the U.S.

Do free shipping offers apply to International orders?

At this time, free shipping offers on the site apply only to U.S. shipments.
