Can't find in storesMidrise briefs are almost impossible to find and my husband likes these a lot. The only difficulty he has is with the color selection. An older man feels rediculous in red underwear. They don't come in white and so I wind up donating, unworn and still rolled up, to the local clothing donation site.

Fit true to sizeI have been purchasing the Hanes Mid-Rise briefs for several years now. They do not disappoint! They fit true to size, are long wearing and comfortable.

I bought these, and these are NOT mid-rise. The are more like low rise.

Started out great, but didn't last...I have used the hanes brand briefs for many years. Mostly satisfied overall, but the lastest batch was a dismal failure. I bought 12 pair for an extended period out of the country, and after about 6 months, the waistbands on all of them started to elongate and lose any kind of holding power. Finally they ended up as comical and monster sized. Luckily I brought some older hanes, several years old, that have seen me through to the end of my trip. I bought 4 different packages of 3 pairs at 2 different target locations, and they failed across all of the packages. The fit while they were wearable was good.

Very disappointedI have the original, older Hanes in bikini/low rise and also in mid-rise. These are advertised as mid-rise. NOT EVEN CLOSE, these fit like full size. Do not buy if you like mid-rise.
